Wonderful, comfortable apartment that matched the listing and pictures perfectly. Easily walkable to the center of town, but located on a quiet side street. Host was patient and responsive whenever I had a question. I had a great experience!

Apartment was spotless and perfect for our visit. Well stocked with kitchen needs and linens. Neighborhood very walkable with lots of close-by food options. Parking was a daily challenge. Would definitely rent again and hope to next year!

Everything about the property was exactly as advertised. The only partial hassle was finding parking on the street, because the property has no or very limited assigned onsite parking. The street parking across 6 days was cheap, and I was able to find parking close to the property on everyday except the first day.

Convenient location for our needs. Lovely and appropriate description service. Very attentive and empathetic attitude from Natalie. I hope to use the services of the same host in the future. I will recommend it to my friends. Our stay was extended.

Fluffy towels, great location, very beautiful and spacious for our family of 4! The host is always responsive and there were no issues with the maintenance and small considerate touches make it a great home away from home!

Just like the description shows, it very modern and comfortable. It was bigger than I expected. Close to Christmas market (10 mins). Easily stayed there for 3 weeks! Would definitely stay again!!!

Where do I begin!!! I stayed at this beautiful home by myself as a woman and felt very safe. The home has everything to make you feel at home including kitchen appliances, food seasonings, and soooooo much more! I was able to do my laundry in the basement with their modern washer and dryer. I really enjoyed being able to take a bath in the relaxing deep tub everyday after work. The neighorhood is so nice and has a beautiful view. If you need public transportation you have the benefit of accessing a bus stop right in front of the home. The wifi was great and I was also able to access my personal Amazon account in the USA because both the living room and bed room TV's have Amazon fire sticks. I can go on and on about how happy I was with choosing this home. But last be not least, the host had excellent communication and was very realistic and friendly. If I ever return to the area, I will definitely stay at this home again!! HANDS DOWN!!

Absolutely wonderful apartment to stay in. My military family and I stayed for 2 months, and it was a great experience. Natalie was always easy to get in touch with and very proactive in anything I needed. Great walkable location to almost all of kaiserslautern. Close enough to RAB to commute. I would highly recommend Natalie's place to anyone interested.

This was my 4th stay booked with Dees Imo team. Natalie is super host and very responsive and helpful and accommodate the requests to make our stay felt like home every time.

Natalie helped me out in a bind when I showed up to another property that was dirty and not as expected. Helped me get checked in at 10pm. Was very helpful and responsive when I locked myself out as well. The apartment is awesome, exactly what I needed for a month long TDY. Everything you need and more, very comfortable, easy walk to bars and restaurants, Italian and Doner right out the back door, close to most of the parks. Great spot, highly recommend Natalie and her network of TDY/TLA homes. Just make sure you let her know you’re military prior to booking on official travel.

We had a great 2 week stay. The apartment was spacious and located close to all shopping and restaurants. This apartment has everything you will need for your stay. Natalie thought of everything. I would definitely stay there again.

Was a very pleasant place to stay.

I stayed here for a month and was very impressed. Bright, clean, quiet, roomy in a great location. Amazingly well equipped with every drawer full of things you didn’t even know you needed! Landlord was fantastic and would get back to me in minutes if I had a question.

We just stayed 2 weeks in Natalie's place and it was amazing. Check in was easy thanks to a lock box. We were even able to check in a bit early. In the kitchen we were greeted with a bottle of secco and some sweet treats. the fridge even had sodas and water stocked. the kitchen had all items needed for cooking and baking and the pantry cabinet had all the necessary essentials like salt, pepper, oil, vinegar... It felt like home away from home for us.

A gem of a property. This apartment is situated right in the city, every thing is available within walking distance. Stayed here for more than 3 weeks and the apartment is way more better than it looks in the photos. Very upscale and well furnished unit with everything you need is taken care of by Natalie, she had provided all the things which one would need to stay for a month. Lidl is just 500meters away to buy groceries. Kitchen is fully equipped and all the cutlery is available. All in all had a fantastic stay and would definitely recommend anyone anyday be it people with or without famalies. The view from the windows is the garden and lot of people walks here in the evening with their children and pets. Felt very homely here. Would definitely stay back in this unit and great thumbs up for Natalie. - July 2022

We had a good time here. Clean and well suited for a longer stay. If you want to cook, be advised to bring your own salt and pepper. ; ) The communication with Natalie was fast and uncomplicated! Thanks for hosting us!

Immer wieder

We loved the apartment. Check in was extremely easy. It was very well equipped with anything and everything we needed and even some things we didn’t know we would need. It’s walkable to the pedestrian zone, restaurant and old town. Parking was not difficult and street parking was available and inexpensive . We look forward to coming back next year and we definitely want to stay here. The building and the neighborhood felt very safe and the view from the windows was lovely.

Everything met our needs. A little noisy,due to the busy city highway,but convenient location - close to the city center,compensates for the inconvenience. I would like another large mirror in the apartment( this is for women) and the lighting near the bed in the bedroom. We were satisfied with the apartment provided. We hope to meet such a friendly and attentive host, the next time you visit Kaiserslautern. Way to go. Sincerely,Alexander

Fantastic host, fantastic location, and great space.

5 stars is not an exaggeration for this apartment. I didn't really have expectations, but quickly saw that every detail anyone could want this apartment had. Everything for laundry, cooking, office work, including bathroom necessities was there, and extra supplies too. Instructions for the TV, internet and appliances was there. It was an amazing stay, And set the bar high for other AirBnBs. I highly recommend.

We loved the location. It is close enough to walk to everything but still in a quiet area. The apartment had everything we needed. There was an issue with the fire alarm battery and Natalie took care of it right away!

I have stayed in multiple places hosted by Natalie and they all have been top notch. They all have matched the description/photos, easy check in and centrally located. Natalie herself was always friendly and accessible to answer any questions and very accommodating when I had to extend my time. Would work with her and stay at her properties when I return.

I needed to work in Kaiserslautern area for about a month and was able to stay at Natalie’s location for about two weeks, it was great, walkable locations and a space that was very clean and made working away from home easy to do!

This apartment was perfect for our 4-person family. Very convenient to downtown locations. My daughter and I walked to the bakery every morning. We walked to local downtown restaurants for lunches and dinners. We didn’t reserve parking in advance, but street parking close to the building was typically available. Street parking was 5 Euros a day. Natalie went above and beyond providing conveniences and amenities like soaps, laundry supplies, coffee and creamer, etc. We would definitely stay here again!

Great apartment. Incredibly quiet. Tasteful decorations. All furniture and linens were very comfortable. Quick taxi ride to city center. Japanese garden a great visit. I definitely will stay in this apartment again. Apartment is pristine. Larger than pictures and great temperature control.

Everything was exceptional. Candy wine cokes left for my arrival. Place was perfect when I arrived and had a huge binder explaining how things work. Location perfect. Just an FYI I noticed several reviews mentioned not having AC when they were at the location in the summer. Very few places have AC in parts of Europe. This is not the US. Hotels yes but if you are renting an apartment you should check.

Great place for a long or short term stay in Kaiserslautern. Natalie and her team were very proactive in making sure I had everything I needed from check in to check out.

Wonderful apartment that had everything we needed for a two week stay. The kitchen was very well stocked with dishes, pots, and various gadgets. The pantry and fridge had oils/spices/drinks and even a welcome bottle of sparkling wine to kick us into vacation mode. When we had questions or minor issues Natalie and her staff were punctual and helpful. No A/C, but plenty of fans to get us through the hotter days. Only complaints were that the location of the trash wasn't spelled out in the trash/recycling guide (finally found in the garage within the building) and that the parking on street was limited.

Natalie is a great host i highly recommend her. The apartment was outstanding and felt like home. I will use her again.

We wanted a home-base in Kaiserslautern where our son is living to explore the surrounding area. This was the perfect apartment. It is very clean, bright, comfortable and had all the amenities we needed for our stay.

Location is less than 10 minute walk to city center. Apartment was very clean with a kitchen and laundry room with all necessities. Only downside is it is on a busy street so during summer with the windows open the street noise can be a little loud in the main bedroom. Would definitely stay again though! Natalie was very helpful

My 2nd time to KL25 and i can only recommend anyone who is looking for a home like stay away from home. Natalie is super helpful and always makes sure that we are comfortable even though we never met in person.

Great stay!

The property was clean with everything that was needed for our stay. We were visiting my daughter who is deployed at Ramstein AFB. Kaiserslautern was a great town to stroll around for dinner and drinks and visit nearby towns of Heidelberg and Trier. I would definitely stay at this property again!

Very clean and nice property. Walking distance to downtown Kaiserslautern - so close to lots of restaurants and shopping. The place was very spacious and new furnishings. The kitchen was fully fully stocked with everything you would ever need - pots, blenders, utensils, glass storage containers, you name it. All appliances new - dishwasher and fridge hidden with cabinetry. A few things to consider before you rent - Both beds were foam, I prefer a spring mattress, so I tended to get a little hot. Some rental places change linens every two weeks (sheets and towels) and come to clean every two weeks, this place did not... so you will have to wash your sheets and towels and clean the place if you are there for a while. This place is kind of far from Ramstein Air Base (especially if there is road construction on the A6 (which there is these days). Parking is in a secure garage about 400m away. The place was great, the host was very attentive... I enjoyed my stay. I put the few things to consider here, but overall great experience.

The apartment was perfect size for me and my family close to the city center of K—town so you could walk there or drive and the train station is super close to travel around Germany. Also there is an amazing Italian spot right across the street! There is NO air conditioning there but that is a normal German thing. I was kind of worried about that but the weather becomes really cool at night and there is a great breeze every night so don’t let the no ac scare you away. - July 2022
